professional, cultural, and civic welfare of Hatfield
Township and Hatfield Borough.
Members and friends of the Hatfield Chamber of Commerce are invited to attend a business mixer/card exchange
on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, from 5 to 7 PM, hosted by the Alderfer Auction Company at their facility at
501 Fairgrounds Road in Hatfield. In addition to meeting other local business and community leaders, you will
also have an opportunity to preview Alderfer’s Fine & Decorative Arts auction. Refreshments will be served.
The event is free but reservations are required. Please contact the Chamber by September 5.
Also, there is still time to donated door prizes for the event. Let us know if you are interested!
The Hatfield Chamber of Commerce will hold its next noon luncheon meeting on Monday, September 22, 2008, in
the Hatfield Township Municipal Building Community Room. Leo D. Bagley, Chief Transportation Planner for the
Montgomery County Planning Commission, will speak on Local Transportation Issues. Make your reservations
($15) by email or by calling 215-855-3335 by September 19.

MusicFeast Concert Series
The Hatfield Chamber of Commerce is proud to be the Main Sponsor of the Hatfield Township MusicFeast
Concert Series. Concerts are held Monday evenings at School Road Park from 6 - 8 PM. Bring
your family and join your neighbors to enjoy free musical performances, with classic picnic fare served
at modest prices! Or pack your own picnic basket!
