The Hatfield Chamber of Commerce will hold its first Breakfast For Your Business meeting on Monday, May 14, 2012, beginning at 7:30 a.m., at Habaneros Mexican Restaurant, 42 E Lincoln Ave., in Hatfield Borough. (There will be regular breakfast fare to enjoy as well as some Mexican breakfast items.) The speaker that morning will be Alfred Poor who will present the program, "Online Video: The Secret Weapon in Small Business Marketing." The 65th Annual Hatfield Memorial Day Parade, organized by the Hatfield American Legion, will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012, beginning at 9 AM. The parade will begin at Broad and Market Streets and travel out to the Legion Post on Koffel Road via Forty Foot Road. After the parade, a Memorial Ceremony will be held at the Post, followed by free food and soft drinks. That Hatfield Chamber of Commerce provides American flags to all of the parade participants as well as to all of those along the parade route. Come out to honor the sacrifice of our nations veterans and to support this great community event!
